I got a lot more interested in Hevo after my discussions with the interview panel. I could see that these people were humble and smart! Having spent nearly 11 years in the industry, I had built great products but never a product which worked at Hevo's scale. This was an opportunity where I would be able learn new stuff and contribute with my existing knowledge at the same time.

Over all these years, I've learnt that (good work + good people + customer empathy) is the killer combination to identify a great place, while selecting your next career move.

Today I am working with people much more smarter and knowledgeable than me, on a daily basis. At Hevo, every individual gets to make an impact and if at all they need help, there is ample of it available at all times. In fact, I'm stunned by the impact that the interns at Hevo get to make on the live features - that says a lot about our culture!
